Materials: Students will be allowed to use their personal devices from time to time but it is not mandatory for students to have one. Digital Technology students will have access to a desktop computer in the classroom and we are a 1:1 campus that provides a dell laptop to each student.

 

Classroom Goal: To facilitate a holistic learning environment that encourages students to experience, question, and explore!

           

Class Code of Conduct

1. Be seated and ready for class when the bell sounds.

2. Be courteous and respectful to everyone.

3. Keep your work area neat and clean.

4. Complete assignments on time.

5. Raise your hand and wait to be acknowledged before speaking.

6. Our lab is a food free environment.

*Follow all school and district rules.

 

Consequences

            1st time – Warning

            2nd time – Student conference/reflection station and parent contact

            3rd time – Referral and parent contact

*Choice Activity Time consists of student chosen activities to enhance skills and challenge students to solve problems.

            Labs & Projects                        40%

*Progress notices will be sent home during the 3rd week of the grading period. 

 

Absence Policy:

It is the student’s responsibility to get any missed assignments due to an absence from the online class notebook or another student. Missed work is due two days after the absence.

 

 

Late Work Policy:

Late work will be accepted but not encouraged.

 

Tutoring Times:  Monday thru Thursday 7:45 am – 8:15 am
*other times will need to be scheduled with me.
